ENDOTERM fire-protective materials

Scientific and manufacturing enterprise “Spetsmaterialy” Ltd. — the first manufacturer of materials for reactive and passive fire protection in Ukraine. The company produces thin-layer intumescent coatings for metal and wood, cables and cable penetrations, fire-retardant plasters.

All formulations and technologies of fire-protective materials were designed by company's research laboratory. The products meet industry standards and fulfill environmental requirements. Quality management system certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Fire-protective materials for steel structures
ENDOTERM 210104 (R120-R180)
Dry mixture of hydraulic binders, inert low-density fillers and purpose-oriented additives. Application of the material requires addition of water to the dry misture. The coating serves as a heat insulator, thus preventing building constructions from overheating during combustion. Environmentally friendly composition, no hazardous or toxic ingredients, no smoke formation during combustion.
Advantages: dry mixture is easy to transport and store; long-term shelf life; safe and fast application of the coating; no smoke formation; no toxic combustion products; stability of mechanical and fire-protective properties of the coating after short-term exposure to fire; minimum weight-load on the construction elements.
ENDOTERM 170205 (R30-R90)
Water-based intumescent paint designed for fire protection of both steel and wood. During combustion the coating expands to form thick heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the construction from overheating.
Advantages: Safe water-based formulation;easy to apply; long-term service life; strong adhesion to metal surfaces; good aesthetic characteristics and possibility to tint the coating to a required color; can be operated under mild corrosive conditions.
ENDOTERM 400202 (R30-R90)
Intumescent, solvent-based paint containing antipyrenes, paint pigments, and fillers. During the combustion fire-protective coating expands to form a heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the construction from overheating.
Advantages: Solvent-based (possible to transport and store at low temperatures); long-term service life, high adhesion to metal surfaces; good aesthetic characteristics and possibility of tinting to obtain required colors; easy to apply; can be operated in mild corrosive conditions.

Fire-protective coatings for wood
ENDOTERM 400201 (1 class GOST 16363-98)
Solvent-based mixture of antipyrenes, paint pigments and fillers. During combustion the coating expands to form heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the constructions from combustion.
Advantages: Solvent based, (possible to transport and store at low temperatures); strong adhesion to clean and previously treated wood surfaces; contains antiseptic and biocidal additives.
ENDOTERM 170205 (1 class GOST 16363-98)
Water-based intumescent paint designed for fire protection of both steel and wood. During combustion the coating expands to form thick heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the construction from combustion.
Advantages: Safe water-based formulation;easy to apply; long-term service life; lowest consumption among products for wood; good aesthetic characteristics and possibility to tint the coating to a required color.
ENDOTERM 250103(1 class GOST 16363-98)
Water-based mixture of antipyrenes, graphite, paint pigments and fillers. During combustion the coating expands to form heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the constructions from combustion.
Advantages: safe water-based formulation; strong adhesion to wood surfaces; good water resistance; contains antiseptic and biocidal additives.

Fire protection of cable lines and cable penetrations
ENDOTERM XT-150 (no flame spread of vertically-mounted bunched cables category A F/R)
Delivered as two separately packaged components: solution of polymer in a solvent (component I) and mixture of antipyrenes, thermoexpandable graphite and fillers (component II). After mixing, they yield a fire-protective paint and coating. During combustion the coating expands to form a heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the spread of fire on cables and wires.
Advantages: Strong adhesion to any materials; strong corrosion protective action for metal structures; resistance to various aggressive media and mechanical damages; wide operating temperature range from -40°Ñ to +60°Ñ; stability of fire-protective properties during long-term operation in humid atmosphere.
Priority areas of application are nuclear electric power plants, defense industry and strategic facilities of enhanced technogenic, environmental or radiation hazard.
ENDOTERM 250103(no flame spread of vertically-mounted bunched cables category A F/R, fire resistance of cable penetration EI90)

Water-based mixture of antipyrenes, graphite, paint pigments and fillers. During combustion the coating expands to form heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the spread of fire on cables and wires.
Advantages: safe water-based formulation; strong adhesion to various surfaces; good water resistance.
