Scientific and manufacturing enterprise “Spetsmaterialy” Ltd. — — the only one company in Ukraine producing materials of reactive and passive fire protection. Fire-protective materials for steel structures
ENDOTERM XT-150 (R30-R60)
Packaging involves two separate components: solution of polymer in a solvent (component I) and mixture of antipyrenes, thermoexpandable graphite and fillers (component II). On mixing, the components give operating composition for the formation of intumescent fire-protective coating. Under fire condition the coating gives rise to heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the constructions from heating.
Advantages: high adhesion to any materials; high anticorrosion protection of metal constructions; resistance to various aggressive media and mechanical action, wide operating temperature range from -40°С to +60°С; versatility in use: fire protection of metal and wood, polyurethane foam, cable industry products, air lines, and plastics; stability of fire-protective properties during long-term operation in humid atmosphere.
Priority areas of usage are nuclear electric power plants, ministry of defense industry and specialized strategic facilities of enhanced technogenic, environmental and radiation hazard.
ENDOTERM 210104 (до R240)
Dry mixture of hydraulic binders, inert low density fillers and purpose-oriented additives. Dilution the mixture with water yields operating solution. The coating serves as a heat insulator, thus preventing building constructions against exposure to fire. Fumeless, environmentally friendly composition without hazardous and toxic compounds..
Advantages: dry-batched composition; long-term shelf life; versatility in use: fire protection of metal and concrete constructions, air lines; safe application of the coating and high labor productivity; no fume-forming and toxic combustion products; stability of physical-mechanical and fire-protective properties of the coating during short-term exposure to fire; minimum load on the construction elements.
ENDOTERM 170205 (R30-R60)
One-component water-based composition designed for the formation of the intumescent fire-protective coating. Under fire conditions the coating gives rise to heat-insulating layer, thus preventing the construction from flame heating.
Advantages: Water based and ready for use; long-term service life, high adhesion to the metal surfaces; high aesthetic characteristics and possibility of color matching; ease of application to the surfaces by any technique; feasibility of operation under mild corrosive conditions.
ENDOTERM 400202 (R30-R90)
Intumescent, solvent-based paint involving antipyrenes, coke- and gas-forming agents, paint pigments, and fillers in solution of copolymer. In fire situation fire-protective coating gives rise to the formation of intumesced heat insulation layer, thus preventing the construction against heating.
Advantages: Solvent based, (possibility of transportation at subzero temperatures); long-term service life, high adhesion to the metal surfaces; high aesthetic characteristics and possibility of color matching; ease of application to the surfaces by any technique; feasibility of operation under mild corrosive conditions.

Fire-protective boards ENDOTERM 210104 (to R240)
Non-combustible construction material on the basis of hydraulic binders, inert low density fillers and purpose-oriented additives. Can be used as a fire-protective and heat-insulating barrier, thus preventing building constructions against exposure to fire. Fumeless, environmentally friendly composition without hazardous and toxic compounds. The boards provide enhanced fire-resistance limit of structural metal constructions up to R240.

Designed for indoor non-corrosive environment at relative air humidity up to 100%. Suitable for enhancing fire-resistance of metal (steel) air lines for ventilation, air conditioning, aspiration and fume removal systems.
Coil coating provides fire resistance limit up to EI 45 (single-layer) and EI 90 (double-layer).

Flexible fire-protective intumescent materials. Designed for sealing and fire doors, gates and barriers, fire dampers, duct flanges to prevent the breakdown of fire and flammable gas through the gap in the case of fire.

Cylinder-shaped article made from intumescent material. The article is mounted on polypropylene pipes in water supply and sewerage systems, and pneumatic connections for enhanced fire resistance of the walls, partition walls, overhead covers and other building envelopes as well as for prevention of the fire and fume propagation in buildings and constructions)

Fire retardant with complex action. Designed to impart flame retardant properties of polymers and paint materials. Halogen Free! Is used as an additive in fire-extinguishing the polyamides, polyurethanes, epoxy resins. Can be used as a catalyst and foaming agent in intumescent systems.
