ENDOTERM 400202
Fire-protective intumescent paint for steel. Solvent based
Product descriptionIntumescent, solvent-based paint containing antipyrenes, paint pigments, and fillers. During combustion fire-protective coating expands to form a heat insulating layer, thus preventing the construction from overheating. Scope of applicationDesigned to enhance the fire resistance rate of steel structural elements (indoors exposure). Endoterm 400202 coating increases fire resistance rate of steel structures up to R90. |

Features and advantages
Long service life, strong adhesion to metal surfaces, absence of heavy metal salts and halogens, optimal price-quality ratio, the possibility of operation in outdoors conditions and at mildly chemically aggressive conditions after applying a protective top coating.
Application conditions:
Temperature range from 0°Ñ to +35°Ñ and relative air humidity 70% or below.
Operating conditions:
The coating can be used in the self-ventilated enclosed spaces in non-corrosive environment as well as seasonally heated spaces at a temperature range from -60° to +50° and atmospheric humidity no more than 90%.
For increased water resistance and corrosion resistance, top coating of low-combustible paints and enamels can be applied.
Safety measures:
Fire-protective paint and coating are low-toxicity materials (substance hazard category IV according to GOST 12.1.007).
